I am happy. Yes.

Ow.
So worth it, though. I spent the afternoon marathoning SG:A Season 2 with
Sheppard tells Cadman in Duet that she's just experienced his worst nightmare, being inside Rodney's head. Oh, John. Just wait. Heh.
Tonight, I watched Stardust.
Oh. Oh, that was lovely. I'm guessing it's taken some flack for the changes, but honestly, so much happy. The end of the original broke my heart rather a lot - intentionally so, of course - and I didn't want to be hurt like that tonight. So, yeah... no complaints.
Robert De Niro. Heh. Plus, Charlie Cox is... yes. Really nice to look at. Really. And adorable. I might have something of a crush. I fell a little bit in love with Tristan the first time I read the novel, and that hasn't diminished at all having now met him.
They called the Making Of documentary Good Omens. Hee. Also, the line "... suddenly we were going to be in Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Fairies" is awesome. Oh, Gaiman. I might be able to ignore the travesty that I fear is coming in your Beowulf because of this.

Now I need to go reread. Or maybe sleep. Although... what I really want to do is watch it again.
Tomorrow, I will bake gingerbread cookies for the neighborhood and do writerly things. Yay for vacation.
