Time to get off my butt, I think

So, I've lurked for a sufficient amount of time now. I need to go find a comm to post that first bit to, and get the Mag 7 piece I've been working on out, too. Now that the shock of finals and finales has passed, I guess it couldn't hurt. I really need to make some friends online, so this place stops looking quite so pathetic. Good Lord, I'm even shy online.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. It helps to know someone's actually stopped in to say hi. I'm still working on finding an active community for the Fastlane bit - apparently, that show's been dead in the water a little too long - but I think I'm about ready to cut the apron strings on the M7 ficlet. Hopefully the spotty performance of my dial-up connection will allow it. Thanks again!
