The 'I might be evil' thing... you know, my head said there should be ways Dean would convince himself that Sam was fine, or that the demon was just messing with them, but when I went looking for them, I kept hitting the same brick wall: I couldn't make Dean care. Not in practice, anyway, even if he could manage it in principle. By the end of all that, I'm pretty sure Sam could have eaten raw puppies with a smile and Dean would have passed the ketchup. I doubt the show's going to take that route, though. *g*

The right flavor of desert green kicked my rear up one side and down the other. I must have tried twenty times to get it into words. It's one of the most visceral sensations I have from Wyoming - I can close my eyes and it's right there - and yet I couldn't explain it for the life of me. *g*
