I know nothing about this movie
You really should rent it, if you have a chance. It's a great beer-and-pizza-night movie, with enough self-awareness to be doubly entertaining. It's a little like they went in with the intention of making an action movie that wasn't. The result is one in which things still go boom, and guys still wander around doing absolutely impossible physical feats, and yet there are these quieter little touches... And when you look at the whole, nothing is quite the way it should be, given standard action stereotypes. Beck is this huge, tough guy, and yet he repeatedly gets walloped by... well, everyone. Travis should be the whiny, whimpy sidekick, and yet he holds his own when facing anyone but Beck. They team up with Mariana, who is a beautiful, strong lady, and yet neither of them ever seriously try anything with her.
