Our internal mail has lost my thesis confirmation three times so far. I finally just gave in and walked over to the faculty and dumped it on the desk. Still, one of my friends just found out today (four months later) that the regular mail system managed to lose her application for a scholarship, and that would be why she hadn't heard if she had gotten it.
