Hee! Yeah, all you have to do is join the comm to post. Then do it pretty much like you'd do for sga_noticeboard. Put something like "New ficlet - Vintage" in the subject line, and then whatever blurb you want with a link in the post. There's info in the profile, but I think them's the basics. :)
