I didn't hear the Mrs. McKay thing until the second watching, either. When I did, though, I almost fell over laughing. So much fun to be had there.

Oh, yes. I love how quick these guys are. I love that they didn't write Dean as thinking Sam was kidding around in the parking lot. It would have been easy to add in a two second 'Hey, man, stop playing and get out here' moment, and they went the smarter route to have Dean catch on immediately. 0-60 worry, right there, because he's been paying attention and he doesn't waste time on the silly. Between that and Sam's instant offensive on the cage, I really adore them.
